16th Annual Back-To-School Closet

"Supporting families in our community helps start the school year off on the right foot," said Christine Johnson, Tooele County School District Family and Community Resource Center coordinator.

Community members and businesses provide students with clothing, shoes and backpacks. This ensures that students in the community have their back-to-school needs met. Students can expect to receive new backpacks, gently used clothing and new shoes while supplies last.

Volunteers are welcome to help set up the closet from 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. on the following dates: July 29-31, and August 1-2. Volunteers will enter the south door of Blue Peak High School Labeled ‘VOLUNTEER ENTRANCE’.

For more information on how to volunteer or to donate contact Christy Johnson at 435-830-4706, or via email at ChJohnson@tooeleschools.org.

Donations include: Gently used or new clothing (4T child up to XL adult), new shoes, new socks, new backpacks.
